February 2010 – Winter Olympic Celebration
With the media focus and the attention of the world on Vancouver/Whistler this month, we are going to ride along some of the dominate themes of the winter games and competition. We will investigate themes of faith, love, fair play, and the world at our door step. We are going to celebrate, cheer, and connect with athletes and the place of faith and community. Go Canada Go!
Join us in the gym for our Olympic Cafe each Sunday of February.
There will be a children's play area, snacks, and live coverage of the Olympics!

Skype Intervew from the Olympic Village in Whistler, BC.
Quentin Steen will be at the Olympics to ski patrol ski racing. The buzz of the village will be fun to interact with from a distance.

Our own special Olympian, Kelsey Wyse, has medaled extensively in both summer and winter special Olympic disciplines. We'll hear about her experiences and athletic competitions.
