Mission Creek Alliance Church (MCA) is centrally located in Kelowna BC, and is known for being a warm and friendly body of people.  From the joyful greeting at the door and the welcoming handshakes, to the enthusiastic volunteers that run the “Solid Grounds” coffee bar, you are drawn into an environment that promotes fellowship between newcomers and regular attendees of all ages.  We offer both a contemporary and classic style of worship service that makes our multi-generational congregation feel at home. 

We find ourselves in transition and seeking an out-of-the-box thinking senior pastor that has vision and passion for reaching the community.  The ideal candidate for this leadership position will be a strategically minded visionary, who encourages creativity, and is able to lead MCA into its next stage of development as we continue to reach out to the community.  Kelowna’s unique make-up offers challenge, flexibility, and promise of spiritual refreshment for any Christian leader seeking to use their talents to further God’s Kingdom.
